The property features a private swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, games room, mini football pitch and an outdoor fire pit, ideal for group stays, celebrations and relaxed getaways.

Guest Information & FAQs
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is free on-site parking for multiple vehicles (approximately 5–10 cars) directly on the premises.
Is shampoo and conditioner provided?
Yes. All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels for every guest.
Are towels provided?
Yes. Bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided for all guests. Towels are also available for use in the pool and sauna area.
Is the swimming pool private?
Yes. The swimming pool is completely private and for the exclusive use of guests staying at Habberjam Farm.
Please note: refurbishment work is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and is expected to be completed in February 2026.
Is the sauna included in the stay?
Yes. The sauna is included in your stay and is located in the same building as the swimming pool, directly next to the patio area.
Is there an outdoor space?
Yes. The property features large landscaped grounds, multiple patio areas, outdoor seating, and a sunken fire pit area.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes. The hot tub is completely private and located on an elevated deck directly outside the conservatory.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Well-trained pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Pets must be house-trained, well behaved, and not left unattended.
Any damage, additional cleaning, or accidents caused by pets may be charged to the guest.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, crockery, glassware, and appliances suitable for group stays.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the farmhouse and annex.
Is there a TV and streaming services?
Yes. The living room has a Smart TV where guests can log into Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services.
Is the property suitable for families and groups?
Absolutely. Habberjam Farm is ideal for family gatherings, group stays, and special occasions, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.
How many people can the property sleep?
The farmhouse and annex together sleep up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms.
Is the annex separate from the farmhouse?
The annex is directly next to the main farmhouse, offering additional privacy while still being part of the same property.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
